The worst hotel ever ! Liar and scammer! Dirty and unsecure !
At the time of booking, they sent me a wrong reservation, it included the wrong nationality and the wrong room requested. I objected and wrote an email, but they did not respond. I wrote them via WhatsApp, and they replied that there was no problem. On the day of my arrival, I was sick and unable to stand. I asked for the booked room (Double standard room with king size bed), knowing that its area was larger than the room with twin beds. We chose this room because we had 4 large suitcases and we needed a place for the suitcases and for prayer. Upon arrival at the hotel, they refused to give us the room I requested, even though I had paid 2,900 riyals upon arrival. I complained the contract they forced me to sign had the wrong room, but the lady at the reception said it had no effect. The first room had two twin beds, too small to move around. I refused. I waited an hour. They started putting the two beds next to each other and said, “This is your room.” I refused because it was the wrong room. And after another hour, in the third room, they put two beds together a big mattress and put in a small coffee table. The room was too small, unsecure, noisy and dirty, the person at the reception "Abdulrahman" was taking me as a dum person and was scamming me " he was saying we don't have such room" even that I showed him the pictures published online. I travel a lot and know what types of rooms there is in hotels and how they look like (it's my work). I was very nervous, but I entered the room because I was very tired and unable to stand, but I swore to file a complaint to the ministry of tourism and demand compensation.
The room was not clean at all and very noisy, every 2 days we had to change the key cards and it was not secure. The towels are black, the bed is dirty, the floor is dirty, the window, even the shower is yellow with dirt and hair everywhere, there is even no hygienic bag for ladies in the toilet, and this was unacceptable condition. All documented with pictures.
The electric socket and light button was under my pillow, I've got electrified! On the day of departure they called us 11:00 saying don't forget to leave at 12:00 which was rude. The hotel, front desk, and the manger was not professional at all ! A lack of experience and customer hospitality and welcome!! A hotel that don't have the booked room offer an upgrade or refuse the reservation not scam poeple and offer a wrong dirty, small, unsecure room. Even the breakfast was poor !! Imagine they serve coffee in paper cups !! No fruits at all! I claimed the next day we received no eatable water melon. For people they don't eat savory dishes in the morning they don't have any choice because the reste on the buffet is Brioche bread with sugar/chocolate/lemon.... One pastry 20 bread !!
I contacted the Ministry of tourism and they send a representative to check the hotel room and the room and they did the necessary! I Will definitely not stop there I will claim legaly!!!
