If you are looking for a no- frills decent hotel, with dedicated parking in the middle of busy Riyadh this is the place. Tall hotel with a good view of Riyadh on the Batha side. A bit old but very well maintained and clean. Some of the buses to Mecca start bang in front of this hotel. Staff is courteous special mention front office staff Sujish and staff Nooruddeen. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent biriyani ...must try. One con is the cigarette smell in the room if you dont like it. Not unbearable though. Will i stay again?...yes.

In the bataha area choices is rely limited, so of you have to stay there it's on of tye best choice other wise it's better to stay any where else more clean. But keep on your mind that the traffic os crazy all the time here

Love this place. Not everyone knows it, but Aristotle once stayed here. Great service and most of all great people and food. And the amenities are perfect! The best bgad.
