APOLLO DIMORA BUSINESS HOTEL

I had a really bad experience from here during the Valentine's day dinner. It was after so many months that we thought of going for a date night with my wife and daughter. Thought of taking prior booking and did so. We just wanted a good wholesome experience but it was a sub par one which I got. The food was half empty when we went there and you got a feeling that the overall decorations and the like was done for namesake. We felt that they where way too complacent in their service too. Paying 2999 felt like we wasted it by throwing it in the drain. There is no point in pacifying the customer after such a bad experience, rather you should have been prepared well in advance. Finally we felt that they just needed to seize the Valentine's day to make good buck. The positive reviews are surprising. Never ever will I go there again. Won't recommend to anyone either.

The hotel is very expensive, the level of cleanliness is bad, and there is no Arabic restaurant. Parking is also not available, as cars are parked by shoppers without supervision. Also, the reception staff are not understanding of the customer, as I have been a customer of the hotel for nearly ten years and do not have any special treatment, and this is bad. The smell of the restaurant and Indian food is overwhelming. In the rooms and corridors, we cannot sleep due to this unpleasant smell. Please look into the hotel as soon as possible

Worst. No room service, toilet wash gun leak, no proper drainage. Located near tours and travels, so terrible sounds from microphone will cause sleepless nights

The furniture is very old... The towels are very worn out and bad... The water boiler does not work well... The cleanliness is poor... The hot water does not work and is slow

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's filthy, smelly, and the furniture is old. There are bird droppings on the windows and the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The hairdryer literally had hair stuck to it, and the air conditioner barely worked.
