Mr Ahmed treated us like royalty when we checked in. We were upgraded to a complimentary suite. The hotel is very clean and is as close as you can get to the haram. Thank you to the team and Manager at Al Marwa Rayhaan for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel. Bathroom size was a little small but otherwise no problems whatsoever. Food was delicious. Beds were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was efficient.

For a 5 star hotel the service is 3 star at best. The rooms are not maintained. Our room 836 toilet was leaking when we checked in. The cleaners , one of them was using the washroom and didnt clean up after himself. For the price the service did not add up.
