Aber Al Munsiyah (Mounisya)

The hotel is fantastic, but there is an issue with the soundproofing in the rooms. We can hear conversations next door. The ring bell always fools us. We assumed the door ring sound was for us, but it turned out to be for the room next door.

Really good looking hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds and pillows are really hard and uncomfortable. I struggle to be able to sleep and wake up aching. I can't get my room cleaned or fresh towels. Service is dreadful. Breakfast is so bad I've given up on it. 4 people struggled to give me bread and scrambled eggs. I spoke with the restaurant manager and explained that we would be taking 15 rooms with my colleagues, and we are paying for breakfast and we want to be able to eat. I expressly asked to get my room cleaned and refreshed today at reception. I returned to my room after work and it hadn't been cleaned. Now I have a room filled with smoke which is horrible. I'm a non smoker and hate smoke. It seems impossible to get the things most hotels provide as basic service. Avoid this hotel.

Very nice hotel, “The location is very excellent, close to the airport and railway station, and there are taxis close to the hotel at all times. The staff are very respectful and helpful” clean rooms and well maintained, coffe shope staff are very helpful ,chef's are very friendly ,tasty foods , but the Internet is very bad

Abir Hotel is a quality hotel. All the rooms have BIP beds, and all the amazing kilins. There are various kinds of beautiful scenery around here. There is also a swimming pool. I see Abir hotel best. Here are the room services. Everything you need is available from Services. Thank you all.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, Coffeeshop staff are very nice and friendly, good service the food also good, everything is good but only the wifi very bad
