I would give it a 5 star but the hotel is on a busy freeway like street maybe not honking but sound of cars and trucks just zooming can be heard. Everyone working there is friendly but there is slight treatment of unprofessional workers from being stingy with giving me a towel to use at the pool area or reminding me that my kids should behave without them doing anything at the front desk or the breakfast buffet not offering regular drinking water r things I wasn't expecting for such a pretty hotel

The hotel is fantastic, but there is an issue with the soundproofing in the rooms. We can hear conversations next door. The ring bell always fools us. We assumed the door ring sound was for us, but it turned out to be for the room next door.

This hotel is more like a high end furnished apartment I’ve ever stayed in my life. The atmosphere and finishing from outside is top notch but once inside the room you can tell that quality was compromised in the finishing. Rooms are spacious, AC is top notch, however there was a leakage in the shower glass which was causing water to leak outside of the glass Housekeeping did a good daily job, however, they didn’t refill the soap. No biggie. I carry my soap with me Very friendly staff, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was decent with usual eggs, different salads, waffle and pancakes, and the coffee shop prices are a bit steep but acceptable. Swimming pool area looked nice. The hotel is connected to Boudl apartments. Iron and board available inside the room. Comfy slippers. Better than any 5star hotel.

I was horrified staying here because of the comments. But, praise be to God, our experience with them is excellent. We wanted something clean, close to the airport, and a reasonable price, and we found it here. The place is tidy and clean, the furniture is new and there was no inconvenience in it, they used to play Quran in the corridors and this is something I liked after. We booked a suite, a room, a hall and a bathroom with a small kitchen corner, which contains an iron and ironing board, a sleeper, a laundry bag, two free water bottles with tea and coffee and a kettle, and in the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. We were received by an employee named Salman who cooperated with us and helped us in everything and extended our checkout time until 4 pm. May Allah reward him the best man indeed ?? The thing I didn't like was the elevator smell, and I expect it because the elevator is very close to the restaurant. I wish there were strong vents or hoods in the restaurant.
