- Informative tour through the life of the prophet Muhammad S.A.W
- Beautiful displays
- Very well organised. When you purchase your ticket, you will be given a time slot to come. Where your tour will be done in your preferred language.
- Tour groups are of good size. Our English speaking group was approximately a group of 15.
- AC at the right temperature. So a beautiful escape from the hot weather
- Excellent location. Stones throw away from the Prophets Mosque. So even if you have to wait a little bit for your tour to start you can go to the Prophet's Mosque in the meantime. So, for those travelling to Medina for the day this is an excellent addition to their itinerary.
- No Cameras allowed inside. Which meant that you could fully be present. A rarity nowadays.
Negative
- The tour is very informative but last for a short time.
- As you are guided through the exhibition, you unfortunately do not get the opportunity to fully explore every aspect of the displays. You only see what your guide presents at that time. On the flip side this means that each time you go through the museum, you get a different version of the tour depending on the tour guide.
- The tour is a one way system so at the end you can't go back through it on your own as their are other tours that have started.
