I tried Niyyali multiple times While it’s usually a 4 star rating restaurant for the outdoor seating and overall atmosphere. This time I was surprised with the huge drop of quality and service. First they tried to give us the worst possible table at the entrance while they were zero other customers. Told the gentleman politely that we don’t want this table. He said that the restaurant is fully reserved (pure lie) Also the staff while serving food touched my phone and dropped a couple of items on the floor. It was a circus in terms of service quality. If the management and owners don’t start paying attention this restaurant will close very soon. I wrote this review to alert the owners of this mismanagement that is occurring at the restaurant. Food was okay 3/5 Service 0/5 Atmosphere 3/5 (nice interior but empty) And price is extremely overpriced but I understand that we are dinning in a wonderful hotel.

The food and staff at Niyyali could not have been better. Honestly the best Middle Eastern food I have ever eaten and it certainly deserves the accolades it has accumulated. The atmosphere was relaxing and the music created a great feel. We sat outside and the views of the hotel were perfect. It was the ideal way to finish our week in Jeddah. It doesn’t get much better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic dining experience at Niyali a gem of a Lebanese restaurant. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, reminiscent of a cozy spot in Jeddah. The menu offered a delightful selection of Lebanese delicacies, each dish bursting with authentic flavors. What truly made my visit exceptional was the impeccable service provided by waiter Darwish . Their attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. I highly recommend for anyone seeking delicious Lebanese cuisine paired with top-notch service.

My concern here is about the booking system that they have. As once we called the hotel operator immediately told us they are booked and no way to book. So she transferred the call to Mr Abdullah and was very helpful with us and booked for us. The place is comfy with good vibes But the impression was disappointing once I saw many tables were empty. That kind of service give us bad indication about the place. If there is capacity no need to show that you are full but you are not. Don’t play that poor game with your prospects customers anymore please
