I got hosted by (mohammed alshammari) at the front desk, he was super nice and professional. I got an upgrade as a member and the room was so spacious and clean. Not my first time here, but the great service and tips i got from mohammed made a difference. Five star employee!

Adjust the behavior of the hotel staff by making their behavior and speaking very bad. Me and my brother just wanted to take the food we ordered to eat at the back of the hotel to look at the view. Suddenly, the restaurant staff walked up and chased me and my brother down verbally. Very bad, both facial expressions and speaking. Very bad is just make me disappoint and feel wasted my money to paid here for come to stay what a shame of 4.1 star lol really?

It’s my first time to stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The rooms are big and nice, the view is nice but one major problem is that the service is poor! They don’t pick up the phone, too slow as it takes ages to receive any order, there’s no valet parking.

Wheee do I start!
Had a bad check Inn experience ! Had to wait in front of my room 20 min while they changed the door batteries, when I complained they said sorry.
Then I tried to ask about points and retrieved my membership number, I stayed here for 10 nights about 2 weeks ago and asked to have those nights recorded and the policy is if you check out they go away! Really! To think this is a top brand hotel and they are that concerned about my points that they just cancel them away as if we didn’t stay 10 nights at your hotel and now I’m currently staying 6 nights…..definitely will recommend we take our buisness elsewhere these policies are just ridiculous at the very least they should be trained to inform you that if you don’t record before check out we cannot record the nights anymore this would have made me a lot happier.

Very nice hotel with very attentive staff . Spent nearly 2 weeks here recently with work and it was such a great hotel to come back to and relax.
Short walk to The Marina where we were working.
Great buffet breakfast and cafe menu.
