This place has a beautiful outdoor seats and great view over Sultana road , the food here isn’t bad , the prices are kinda acceptable as well , over all , if you love the outdoor seats , visit this place

One friend suggested this place for steak, trust me they have best steak in medina, staff is very helpful and kind especially Ben the smile and service he gave its matching with heart i will visit soon for the steak and Ben.

So basically, we've been waiting for 20min. I've called the waiter twice and he didn't even make a sign. I needed to go look for the menu myself. It was a QR code put somewhere.
While I was there (inside), music was suddenly put very loudly. I asked a waiter to turn the volume down. He said okay. Music was lower for 2min and again, was back very loudly. Like really really loudly inside. We were only 2 families inside!
After waiting too long for someone to come and take our order, and because of the very impleasant welcome, we decided to leave. No one asked us if anything was wrong!!
Moreover, the place was not clean. I wouldn't say dirty, but not well cleaned. Our table has a lot of crumbs. The place didn't smell good also.
I didn't taste the food, so I can't evaluate it. It looks delicious though.
I hope this criticism will be taken seriously by the owner in a positive way.

When you have to hunt down the waiter 3 times to order. And they get your order wrong. And you ask to order desert and they never come back
The best thing is the rooftop garden.
