The food is fine, though the barbecue items are sometimes burnt. The main problem is the waiting time, which is much longer than what they commit when taking the order, even when there is no rush.

Overpriced and tastless food. You can have a lot of high quality good options outside at the same price. I ordered Chicken bihari and beef seekh kabab. The kababs were dry and not juicy at all. Additionally the spice mix was not up-to the mark and the size of kababs were small also.
Paid 81 riyals with 2 kabab platters and 1 limca which was alone 9 riyals and it was a sprite with black salt. Not worth it and not visiting again.

Food is excellent! Rolls are the great but make it sure that you should take away rather than sitting there. Also avoid go close to prayer times, they will take your order but deliver you after a long waiting time… up to 45 minutes to one hour!
Also not a good idea to visit them after 13:00 because they are super busy and your order can take too much time

Excellent food, tried chicken makhani (butter chicken) was excellent it much better than the usual stuff that you get at most Indian restaurants. Garlic Mayo roll is all time favorite, their zinger burger is better than KFC. And club sandwich is great as well. Sitting area is dirty as well as the bathrooms ( need attention to cleaning) outside there's always sewerage water leak which is disgusting.
