The food and beverage staff is incredible, particularly Isiko and Suresh, and made this place feel like home. The room was clean, although the age on this building is noticeable from some outlets that don't work and falling curtains. The reception staff is generally accommodating and kind. The staff and community really is the selling point of this hotel.

Good for business trips / stays. Good food and great service from the restaurant team.
Management should have a polite word with front of house staff to avoid spending too much time scrolling on their phones when guests are engaging with their staff...

Restaurant is good. Service is great, food is good and varied but you can't say it's special. Maybe the dessert was more special than food
Also the place was not busy which give "In home" feeling

Ca. 30 min drive from the airport. Looks modest from outside, yet this is a modern venue inside. Spacious and functional rooms, professional and friendly service (thank you Meshari!).
Special kudos go to the Chief Chef - the buffet quality is just phenomenal - salads, mains courses, humus, fresh fruits and many more - my sincere words of appreciation.
The hotel is worth every recommendation.
PS Wifi signal in the room could be stronger, some bad smell in the bathroom. This made 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice location.
I attended Iftar Dinner, so don't have an idea of rooms quality.
However, catering very good and attendants were cooperative and attentive.
I do hope room's service must also be good.
