As a professional working in the customer service field, I have a clear understanding of what constitutes acceptable service standards, and it deeply saddens me to inform you that my stay at this hotel establishment fell far short of these expectations.
I must highlight the abysmal level of customer service I encountered from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, whose primary responsibility should be to welcome guests and ensure their comfort, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a warm greeting or attempting to resolve any issues I had, they resorted to arguing with me in an offensive and disrespectful manner. Such behavior is not only completely unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the reputation of the hotel.
It pains me to inform you that the overall level of hospitality and service I experienced during my stay was far below the renowned standards associated with the Hilton chain. As a loyal customer of Hilton hotels, I have come to expect a certain level of excellence in terms of personalized attention, prompt assistance, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Regrettably, none of these expectations were met during my time at your property.
I will never come back here and will not recommend anyone to stay.
