I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was excellent, but I was disappointed with the service. Despite the delicious food, there were issues with timing, The salad and pizza were served together, and our drinks were brought after we had already started eating. The cutlery was thrown onto the table in a manner more suited to a fast food restaurant. However, I appreciate the branch manager's prompt response to our complaints and her assurance that steps would be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall, while the food was great, the service left much to be desired.

One of my favorite authentic pizzas in town.
We got the Vesavio, Valtellina, and the Pistache. They were all great but my favorite was the Vesavio for sure
However, from our recent visit the service wasn't so great. We ordered our food and waited an hour turns out the staff were on Salah break, which no one informed us about and then the host came and didn't apologize about the inconvenience.

The pizza was so so good! It’s probably the best I ever had. They have a wide selection of authentic Neapolitan pizza. A little pricey for my liking tho. At least 62 riyals for one pizza which is generous for two people as it is quite large. The burrata pizza was just scrumptious and a must try. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and peaceful with a local Italian aesthetic. The only disappointment was that they don’t serve coffee or any other drinks for that matter. Dunno why because a nice espresso would be the perfect end to such a good meal. Anyways, if you are on the lookout for an excellent Neapolitan pizza, be sure to check this place out!
