Great hotel to stay. Can pray all prayers in haram with few minutes walk. Room cleaning service is very good. Mr. Mohiuddin provides towels and keeps bathroom clean daily. He always asks if we need anything else and try to answer any questions we have for local services. Nice guy.
Loved staying here. Lot of food and shopping options also.

The service is great. My room always in immaculate state. Clean very fast. The housekeeper at our floor 15 is Mr Faruk who took care of needs very well. He is fast in his cleaning and detail as well. Good mannerism and always smile to guests.

Overall a great stay.
Good points: very close to Haram, access to mall, nice lobby, fast and efficient elevators, generous supply of bottled water, polite and helpful staff.
Negative points: booked room with twin beds but got room 4 small beds which we did not need and made our room really cramped, breakfast menu quite limited and should be changed regularly, few things in our room wasn't functioning such as the reading lamps, A/C temperature was difficult to change, carpet in room looks like in need of deep cleaning.

MD Sohel - what an excellent fellow this. It is as housekeeping comes with naturally with him. He Know his job and doing it with a smile. After he leave the room is sick and span. Nothing out of place. He actually did more than just cleaned the room, I ask him where I could buy a specific garment popular to Bangladeshi and he did not actually know but then found out and came back to me with details. What I call going the extra mile

Very nice experience. Room service was excellent. They even call back to confirm we got the service needed. Happy with the way our room was cleaned with every small detail. The cleaning person by the name of yousuf was nice and did a great job.
