I saw my friend try this Latin American restaurant and they spoke highly of it so, I had to try it ? came for dinner and parking can be a bit challenging (they offer valet parking).
We ordered:
- Baos con Langosta (Lobster, Oscietra caviar, celery, smoked aji panca) 9/10
- Trio de Maiz (White josper onion, corn, Peruvian white corn, jumbo corn, red chillies) 9.5/10
- Res (Beef fillet, aji panca, coriander) 7/10
- Arroz Nikkei (Chilean sea bass, bomba rice, lime, chilli) 9/10
- Mariposa (Infused Caribbean syrup, strawberry cordial, passionfruit and Mandarin with a touch of all-spice berries) 10/10
- Cheesecake de Lima 10/10

The meat was so good every single one was better than the other
The risotto was amazing too
The sushi was the best sushi I’ve ever had
The tuna sushi was the only disappointment
The crab taco was okay

A rich, lush, textured interior with great food and service, small plates like a tapas bar. Entrance is easy to miss. Dark and intimate. My wife and I throughly enjoyed it, great food presentation and the staff were terrific.

Coya is a really nice fine dining restaurant with a great atmosphere, food is so so good, every meal is a bomb of flavors, well balanced and it shows a lot of techniques. Staff is so good and welcoming. I hope this restaurant continues with the same quality for a long time.
