Always mess up the order, I usually get either the American single burger or fried tenders, but I get my orders either burnt, cold, or not cooked right. I will never suggest this restaurant to anyone that I know. 1 star for cleanliness.

Bad service and confused and slow staff. We ordered 11 burgers at 5 pm, took our order at 6:25 because they hept getting confused.
I recommend going to another Burger Fuel branch because this branch can do anything but make burgers.

Great burgers! Buy 1 get 1 for 9 sr!
But their fries are not the same as before...smaller size

I like Fuel Basic, Chick Basic, and Crispy Charger. The fries and the white sauce are very unique. It is a bit pricey and that is why I took off one star.

Burger fuel one of the best burgers in the region I used to come this branch often and i never hd a problem. I placed many feedbacks before in different media.
But recent months services became low and bad. No one is picking up the phone on time.
My recent event. I ordered by koinz,
there is no enough parking out side. And I kept calling the restaurant to bring the food out to avoid double parking and he is not picking up the phone. So when I went inside it was not busy, he can answer the phone. He just chose not to answer. I called three times.
