The place is convenient and food is good. I ordered mutton Biryani and glad to see there was enough mutton. The best part is customer service, Mt Amin at the counter was welcoming and helpful. Overall with food and customer service deserved the highest rating.

My wife and I went there yesterday. Yea please is a nice place. The staff is nice. The food was fine. The good thing that they accept Entertainer. So, we paid for one combo and the other combo was free. I can’t believe that Biryani Palace has so many branches, but they do.
The food was hot and fresh and hygienic but I guess it was my fault I didn’t order it spicy. Nice people, they show you the menu and you have a good amount of options. Too bad they didn’t have any tea but they had tea snacks and sweet dishes.
A good place to visit and change the environment but the remember that the food is from East India side.

Food is good but the staff at the counter needs to be trained on his softskills. I asked to use my entertainer and he made me feel as if i was asking for free food and kept on talking unnecessarily. Eventually i ended up leaving the place. Train your staff else lose your customers as there are plenty other options out there.

The food is very delicious and tasty with a varaity of flavors. The portion per person is big and makes you full even if you were very hungry.
You should try it... ???
