Located on the 2nd floor of Al Safwa tower Food court. Had lamb mandi for 40 SAR. The Food were enough to share for 2 people.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Their ‘chicken 65’ had bones inside, and their pillaw rice was full of bones and spices also.

When the food finally arrived, I encountered a series of issues that made the dining experience unbearable. The staff's attitude was remarkably rude, especially when I requested a simple change in my order, swapping the kabsa rice for biryani rice. Their lack of professionalism was disheartening. To add to the disappointment, the grilled dish I ordered was practically inedible; it had an awful taste that was far from appetizing. To make matters worse, the biryani rice, which I had specifically asked for, turned out to be excessively spicy. This unexpected level of spiciness made it impossible for me to enjoy my meal. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was beyond unsatisfactory. I felt compelled to leave my food untouched on the table and eventually leave the establishment. I hope my feedback serves as a warning to others considering dining here. The restaurant's poor service, unpalatable food, and lack of customer consideration make it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, considering the subpar quality of food and the overall disappointing experience, I strongly believe that the health authorities in KSA should conduct thorough inspections of this restaurant.
