I’d give 5 stars, only if I didn’t visit the Riyadh’s branch!
I love their spicy tuna sandwich and went there for it. However, it was cold and no jalapeños in the sandwich compared to the RUH branch.
I ordered the Matcha latte (almond milk) with no creamer nor sugar, and I got it as I like.
The cafe is relatively small compared to the RUH and hard to find a parking spot.

One of the best coffee spots in Khobar, highly recommend trying it, we ordered:
Ice Archi Shaken 10/10

Tuna Avocado Sandwich is the best, Our order was Turky Sandwich, Spicy Tuna, Halomi cheese with eggplant, chicken Sandwich and Tuna Avocado. They have change the method of providing the food no plate no trays and napkins.
