Close to Haram. Good customer service and lots of food selection during breakfast. Fast Cleaning up the table to accommodate more people coming in.

Every thing is more than perfect
The location is perfect 4 min to be at the haram
The rooms are modern and soo comfortable
The elevators are always on time i didn’t wait more than one minute
The staff are very cooperative

One of the best locations to stay at in Makkah. The rooms are great, and so is their room service. Every time you enter your hotel room from outside, everything is clean and organized. There's also a large place to pray with direct view to the Kabah, making it feel as if you are inside the masjid. The staff and help desk are friendly and helpful, giving you a welcoming experience.

Be aware about the problem
When you have planned to reservation in this hotel . Three kinds of rooms they have it .
Standard room like jail or prison. No view
City view only see the road
Haram view .it will be nice. You can see Makkah and Haram Tawaf as well
But charge you extra $100 total cost will be $250/night
But generally nice place for parents
Fifth floor have Masjid which equal to Haram pray time and Salah

Amazing location right in front of Haram. Big spacious room. Good breakfast option. They can do better with the hallway carpet and the smell.
