Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is not great, but it’s not bad either. The hotel is a little older from the inside but clean and spacious.

Pros:
- Very very close to the Haram
Cons:
-Didn't seem like a 5 star hotel, bed frame wasn't stable so the bed shakes whenever you move.
-Breakfast was ok
I would stay again if the price was right

This hotel is located right at the front of The Haram Mosque, easy and quick access for anyone who wants to visit Haram. There's also shopping center in 3 first floors under the hotel.
Con: for 5 stars hotel, the cleanliness is a bit under my expectations. But maybe the amounts of peoples who stay here are too big to handle, especially at time for eating (bf, lunch, dinner) overwhelmed the waiters.

Location was brilliant, right in front of haram. There is a shopping mall below the hotel so you can do plenty of shopping there. I have no complaints about the room, we were gufted with a kaabah view and our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The beds were generousky sized aswell.the bathroom was decent with a hairdryer aswell as a nice showers with good pressure. The only reason I am not giving it quite 5 stars is because of the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was good but I would say the choices are limited. They do have 2 sections. Indonesian and continental. As a westerner from England we went to the continental section. The choices are limited but I do wish in the future they add more choices but the breakfast overall was decent. Overall Al Safwa Royale Orchid was a good hotel for our stay and I was satisfied alhamdulillah especially with my grandparents who are old , so the location was perfect for us.
