第三街咖啡馆和餐厅是一家 2 层楼的餐厅，位于土耳其王子街的 Le Mark 广场，这是 Alkhobar 繁忙的街道之一，还有许多其他餐馆。
这家咖啡馆名称的 LED 发光字母使其很容易从远处发现。
