Janice, the nurse at the clinic is exceptionally warm & considering. Always on time and courteous and helpful. This clinic is really great apart from the best employees working here.
Also want to appreciate hamama, the lady on the call. Always doing the extra effort & polite to explain to the customer and accommodating their appointments.

Janice has been doing my laser session for 2 years and she’s very gentle, making sure all the spots in my skin are lasered properly. I always come back to DMC for good service and best prices.

I enrolled at the Diamond Medical Clinic 2 for a course of laser hair removal. The clinic has a pleasant atmosphere, is well equipped and all the staff are prompt and attentive in their service to patients. Special mention to Nurse James who is very professional at his treatments, always puts his patients at ease and goes out of his way to answer any questions, concerns or needs.

The reception down is horrible they are not friendly and they dont know anything about hospitality , it feels like talking to a robot, i felt like i was annoying her when i spoke to her , not even a smile or a hello she just looked at me until i spoke, i will never do my teeth here .
The reception upstairs is better but still needs some training also .
The laser is amazing 10/10 and the nurse that dose the laser is super sweet and polite i love her.
The place is clean and well maintained.
