The connectivity and availability of cabs from the hotel is pathetic. Limited cabs available during the day. Forget about reaching haram for fajar salah. Breakfast is very limited and same everyday. No wifi in the rooms, only in the hotel lobby. :( The floor corridor smells like nicotine and makes you fall sick Rooms are good but overall a bad experience. The hotel is located on a secluded road. Cab charges between 20-40 SR for a visit to haram or way back.

Folks. Read read read. The best part of the modern times is latest reviews. Like Google Maps cautions you of upcoming traffic cops, these reviews must really be taken seriously. Yes, everything about this hotel SUCKS Smell is bad. Horrendous. Internet doesn't work at all once you are away from the reception. The breakfast is the only part that's ok and it better be. After all everyone deserves a Kaffaara!!!!

The room smells not good. The internet is horrible, and the staff not professional at all. The security keep watching videos loudly in front of the guests. The iron is so old.

First of all, the receptionist Iman looks like she's not happy you're there. None of the employees look like they're welcoming. You work in hospitality! That's the bare minimum. A sour face isn't meant for your field of work. If you hate your life, don't bring it to your job. Secondly, Iman LIED and said that none of the rooms are smoking rooms. When I got to my room, there was an ASHTRAY and my father's room smelled like cigarettes. So not only are you bitter about your life and job, you LIE. It was a weird start. Whoever owns this hotel needs to step it up! Train your employees. The rooms were decent, and breakfast was okay. But WOW, the customer service is utter trash. Astafurgillah, I hate writing bad reviews but I want to warn others to stay away.

Very bad parking there is 95% chance that you will hit your car,The staff not at all cooperative, service is not good Wi-Fi has very bad connection, I stayed for 5 days, and they did not even clean the room for first 3 days and during that they cleaned only once and that is also because we had to ask them 2 or 3 times to clean , and breakfast is supped to start at 7 am but there is no bread till 9 we were asked to wait till 9 if we wanted to eat bread. the food is not at all worth it (not tasty). The staff does not check up on gusts there is no view in rooms, and we were given 2 room cards but only one was working.
