Comfortable stay. Ambiance was good. Friendly staff. We booked a smoking room but didn’t feel good due to the hot air from open balcony. Requested for a room change and got one suite room as free upgrade. The maintenance staff were very helpful. Bed was so comfortable and the furniture were in good quality. The location is very convenient and just behind LULU hypermarket. There is an entrance from hotel lobby to the shopping mall. Food was excellent. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Water quality was good, less chlorine.
The restaurant service was excellent, lot of verities in the menu.

Very hospitable staff.. Mr. Mostaq walked through the buffet as I had some specific ingredient requirements and patiently guided me with what’s best suited to me. Many thanks

Clean spacious rooms, excellent service. Breakfast spread is average, but friendly staff like Mr Mostak make up for it by his smile and attitude. He was there whenever I wanted something and made us feel at home.

Everyone here is friendly, and this gives me a feeling of comfort and ease. You should try the restaurant at the P floor. The food is so good, and the staff are quite hospitable and professional. To add, Raju The MVP of the restaurant as I call him is so professional at making you feel like home. Indeed, everyone here wants to ease your life and make your stay good to remember.
I recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay here. Special thanks to Mr. Tamim from the laundry department for his sincere, efficient work and polite attitude towards his job. Thankyou Mr. Ashraf (service) and Mr. Zakir (chef) for making my breakfast experience amazing.
