Wirgan Hotel Al Azizyah

I have stayed for four nights at the hotel, it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is a bit far from the Haram but there is a bus every hour going to the haram and returning to the hotel. The hotel is new just around a year from opening and it is well furnished, the room was cleaned and comforted. There is always a hospitality in the reception such as Arabic coffee and water but there is no dates which I recommend the hotel to add it to the hospitality. The breakfast was normal and it cost 50 SAR for a person. in a summary, the hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is decent and seems to be new but I don't think lots of detail were paid attention to during the design and execution of the construction. the breakfast buffet is good with limited options the restaurant is spacious and you have to pay 50SR at the restaurant front desk not as mentioned on agoda website 40SR and there wasn't an option to include it with room. The room is spacious with poor lighting and sound isolation, the bathroom is very small to the point if you open the bathroom door you can't open the shower door, the bathroom door will auto close by the door springs, the hand soap is not good at all, the wardrobe door will slam against the room door if not carefully opened. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious and colorful with plenty of sofas and chairs to set with coffee and a fresh detox drink. Shuttle service is available starting at 5am and the last trip is at 8pm coming back and the drop point is not far from the haram. Hotel is under staffed which is something you will experience all over Makkah hotels, therefore don't always expect an answer on the phone when calling the reception.

Keep a taxi cost in mind , conveniently available 15 sar each way. Better than paying high prices around haram, booked the hotel for 600 sar for 3 nights. Whereas haram vicinity was costing me 3.5 k and above. Don't mind 60 sar each day taxi.

Great hotel and staff. A little further from the haram but they have a great shuttle service. Beds and rooms are top notch and the buffet breakfast is just amazing. This hotel will surely make you feel like you’re in a fairmont hotel with their exceptional customer service and beautiful interior finishing as in the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering coming for Umrah. You will not be disappointed.

New hotel ,nice design, and affordable. The service is slow and sometimes they don't clean the room well. The bus from the hotel and the haram i always late. It's O.K. when you wait at the hotel but awful when you keep standing for 30 minutes in the street. Even if you talk to the manager .nothing change, actually. Also, the internet was pooooooor.
