I am visiting Saudi Arabia from UAE and this is a very transparent rating
Pros:
1.Located in good area
2.Very friendly staff and excellent service
3.Good English speaking front office reps
4.Clean and nice room
Cons:
1.Priced a bit high
2.Towels are very old and torn
3.Cheap quality Chinese soaps which doesn't foam at all
4.Less options for breakfast

A great place to stay in.
The location is great and easy to find, also away from downtown's heavy traffic.
The room is clean and big, with adequate facilities.
There's a private parking garage for visitors.

Great place to stay
Pros:
They allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. The hotel staff were well-mannered, courteous and professional. They were resourceful and helped me with a few personal requests. The breakfast was great, with wide variety covered every day. Room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Location was good with perfect accessibility to main attractions, still away from choking traffic. View from room was road facing which felt lively.
Cons:
A few times, the lobby smelled of cigarette smoking. It seems someone was smoking without getting caught (although the lobby is well-covered by CCTV cameras). Some fittings in the room (bathroom, electricals) were bit old and should be changed
Overall, a great place to stay.

Voyage Hotel is the nicest hotel I have stayed in all of Saudi Arabia. I will stay here again if I visit Riyadh again. The service was great. When we would call the front desk with a problem they would send someone up straight away. The breakfast was great and changed everyday. They had a lovely patio area to eat breakfast in. They had a nice pool as well.
