Pretty good hotel, cheap, and as the name suggests, it has a great view of the sea, room was clean and tidy, the TV had a great choice of channels, the location however is kind of bad, and due to some activities being in Bay La Sun district, you had to walk all the way in the blazing sun, however, you get a free pool access from 10 AM to 7 PM, so for the price? A great hotel, it's its a 4 star hotel for me, Regards, Majd Aljadani

It was our first visit to KAEC and got an opportunity to stay at this hotel
The check in was very fast
Got a very spacious room and it was very clean
The view from the room of the beach was very mesmerizing
Yam beach is walking distance from the hotel
Parking facility was very good at the hotel
Couple of restaurants at the hotel was very good
There is a small self service mart at the ground floor
Just for the sea view the hotel is highly recommended

Great location and view, big hotel, clean, very kind staff, perfect hospitality, breakfast is global but tasty, they have one elevator to serve all guests, and the isolation is bad you hear next room

A wonderful atmosphere with good vibes. Place is very good ?? location inside the city. Services are good. With good smiles from the people working here.
I liked the two restaurants are inside this hotel.
With good quality products that they have.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Some drawbacks are the music background in the hotel is very annoying. I would rather have some peace and quiet. Also, they clean the rooms only once. Usually hotels clean twice. Other than this it's a beautiful place.
