They checked us in 45 mins late! first time I experienced waiting in the lobby for my room for almost an hour. the pool is always closed and when i asked to open it, it was taking 30 mins to 1 hr before someone opened it. the services are too slow!

The hotel is managed quite nicely with the services being delivered as an hotel is exceptional to the price the rooms

Services was honeslty very awful
No reception in night time
One person is handling multiple tasks
They dont respond to phone calls in house
Ac was not functioning probably
Room was not changed neither fixed the issue
Three of the staff were very unprofessional dealing with us
That was my second time
My fiest time 2 yrs back was great
But now every thing has changed
Not welling to visit the hotel again
