I would like to give zero .... Bcz they deserve this .... First of all they need to know about hospitality and other related stuff. The rooms are old, not refurbished and smelly... Bathrooms don't have locks on their doors , carpets are worn out... AC conditions are below average with little noise. Overall it's not worth the money even though they are charging less... Truly it's not worth the money .. lastly car parking you want to struggle

I have very bad experience!!
Find an parking there is big task, staffs also not behaving well. Don't wanna visit again and don't recommend to others

No complementary breakfast as mentioned in the agooda website, no parking space for the hotel, no room cleaning done when stayed for two days, torn towel and only a single towel, for a couple, split AC in bad condition, toilet curtain stained, tay with food on the corridor for more than one day, left not in working condition, car can be parked in public parking space after business hours if available....also when booking on agooda website, it shows hotel is located in Malas, but when receiving the confirmation, it is given as Batha... totally misleading..
