Travelled to Alkhobar with my family this week and had a fantastic experience at The Proud! From the coffee and dates on arrival, to the smooth check in and wonderful room service. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The reception staff were so courteous and kind, even when we explained that our son accidently spilled juice on a towel and they were understanding and gracious. Overall, superb service and facilities, thank you once again for the pleasant experience! We will return for sure.

What i liked
* The hotel location is good.
* Rooms are big in space and clean.
* Staff is professional, friendly and cooperative.
* Iron and iron table is available in the room.
* small hotel, easy to go in and out of the room.
* Price is affordable.
What i didn't like
* Toilet space is very small, little light inside the toilet and not comfortable.
* No open buffet for breakfast, only in room breakfast and not good.
* Bed is hard and not comfortable.
* My room was on the main road, not quiet due to passing cars sound.
* Touch lighting panel beside the bed is giving high light inside the room.
* Parking is not enough to accommodate guests cars.

The Hotel is new and very clean. The staff is friendly. This is definitely our first choice for staying in Alkhobar.
