The Amazing Sheraton Riyadh Hotel
I stayed at Riyadh Sheraton many times with my family.The reception staffs are very professional and friendly, especially,Mr. Moustafa , Mr.Khalid Alshahrey and Mr.Rakain.The rooms were beautifully, the location was fantastic.the
The breakfast was incredible and special thanks to Chef Ali and Suhail Muhammad they do amazing job. As well executive lounge staff Mazhar and Kalem
I would like to thank concierge staff for their Good reception and excellent service. Super nice people and hotel Top location , Would definitely recommend to all.

Booked a non smoking room with 2 beds. I'm a gold Marriott member so we're supposed to get an upgrade if available but we didn't ask at the front desk. Arrived at the room only to find its a smoking room. We called the front and they said we got nothing else available except to move you to another room with 1 bed and we'll get you a rollaway bed.
Asked to upgrade us since we're gold and they said nope, nothing available. Why accept the reservation for a non-smoking room if there's nothing available? Very disappointed in this property.

This place is really really great and their behavior is really nice. I have bought gold jewelery from them and they definitely sell genuine stuff. Satisfied with their overall behavior, trust them enough to buy jewelery again

Poor breakfast and old school hotel. We had fluds and electricity out for 2 days. Le Meridien Hotel is just next to and was better!!

Really liked my stay here , room service is amazing and so it the food. The transport department in hotel however I think needs to upgrade their cars.
