One of the most beautiful chalets, neither the reception nor the treatment, everything was wonderful. I thank the owner of the place, and God willing, I will repeat the visit. Thank you, the country cottage chalets, for the good reception 💙💙

Unfortunately, there are people who pay for their project and spend money and forget the most important element in winning a customer, which is dealing and being flexible with the tenant. I gave it one star because the only positive thing is that the pool is big and clean 👍🏻 The missing stars are because of the negatives, which I wish the owner would amend so that he does not lose customers. God knows, I do not want anyone to be deceived by the pictures. I am in the same situation as I am, and I will list the negatives in bullet points, which are: 1- The time to leave was 12 o’clock, and the worker called the worker at 12:02 exactly. He said, “Come on, come on quickly.” He left in a completely inappropriate manner, and I told him that we are now preparing the things and leaving. He started calling every two minutes, saying, “Come on, come on, hurry up.” I made the last call to him and it did not ring, and we left at exactly 12:26. Note that the specified entry time is 4 p.m., and we did not enter until 7:00 a.m., and note that our rent was on a Saturday and then a working day, meaning that most likely no one is there.. 2- We asked for a headset, and the one who knows that it comes with any chalet for free said that this is a service and you must pay 50 riyals and we will give you the headset!!!!! 3- He asked me to deposit 500 riyals and I told the reception to pay it by network or transfer. I don’t have cash. He said, “No, I need cash or network, and we will charge you a fee of 10 riyals if it is network!!!” The place is at the end of the world, meaning there are no ATMs. The nearest ATM may be more than 10 kilometers away. 4- The bedroom bed is broken, as are the sofas in the hall, some of which are broken and uncomfortable. Of course, they have two chalets, the one I took is called (Peter).

The place is wonderful, comfortable, quiet, far from disturbance, and very suitable for a small family of four people, for example.
