The evaluation for the lounge or the resturant.
To be honest the place looks ok but the atmosphere is disaster.
It looks like night club. no lights, loud music, and the smell of shisha is too strong.

Poor reception. I came road trip of 5 hours on my check in time they inform me the room isn't available!

Great location and great service especially Ms. hadeel she was so nice and make our stay more comfortable ?
My only comment was the facilities provided for guests on the 4th floor (the coffee shop, and the kids play room ) they all need redesign and refurbishment
