Enjoyed our stay - lovely beautiful pools and fantastic location very near the sea. Breakfast is decent and staff are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the attention to detail is not worth the 5 star rating. Rooms were ok, not very well cleaned and TV was small with limited choice and no access to Netflix etc. Wi-Fi was slow. Requested a few times for something special for wife’s birthday - nothing happened, wife fed this back at checkout and we were told a message was sent to us asking for details of decorations - no message received. On the plus side the spa and gym facilities were excellent - spa massage was first class ! Comfortable stay - resort is 4 star and that means you could probably get better value for money elsewhere.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, and the view from the room window was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Great facilities as a whole, many pools (4), gym, restaurant, spa, etc. The staff are of the highest standard, nothing is too much for them to do for you. They are extremely tentative, seeing if you ever need anything, enough to be helpful and not enough to bug you. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would expect from a high standard resort/hotel. This really should be a 5 star resort/hotel.

The resort is amazing!
We have just returned from our holiday and we already regret not staying longer. The location of the resort is perfect. When you walk in you immediately feel the peace around you. Everything is arranged down to the last detail.
Our room was spacious and clean and the food in the hotel was super tasty and extensive!
The staff is super friendly, social and helpful. The staff really made our stay perfect. We will definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks again for everything!

My friends and I have just returned from out trip to Santorini. The stay in this hotel was superb, rooms were bright airy and exceptionally clean. The staff around the hotel are amazing so friendly and the bar/restaurant staff are so attentive the really go above and beyond with there service. Location is fantastic as a few minutes walk your on Kamari beach area and the hotel was great in sorting out transport for out trips around the island. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to santorini as we all could of stayed longer. Thank you Kestelli Resort Hotel xx
