Such a poor customer service… i lost the card key, i am asking receptionist guy for new card or key, they are very rude and disrespectful. They are not given me new card. They said to me call the bellman when you need to open the door we are not give you new cars.

Horrible. There are five seats in a single bed room. There is no room to get in a bed. Just horrible.

The plus point only near to Nabawi
But the minus are too much
The room was dirty ,the roof ,the carpet ..
hair dryer ,and TV was not working

Room okay, but for 6 days stay no extra towel, coffee etc are given, use the same from the first day. Their cafe is the worst cafe ive ever seen in my life. Very unhygienic and dirty. The only good thing is that it is near to Masjid An-Nabawi.

Room Services - for 3 days stay till now, this is 1st hotel... me & my family stay WITHOUT room servis, no topup for tea, coffe, mineral water every morning like others hotel ... maybe this is their work flow...
Food - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.... emmm this is VERY2 BAD part... dont know what the kind of servis they stay for... menu OUT... simple things like baverage... OUT.... i think cheff or worker are MAMAK ... but... SAD to say.... you make my appetite OUT.... batter tackle this part to UPGRADE you Hotel status... this is LAST for me in Sanabel... i will advise others.... sory guys... sincere from me
