Sadeem Hotel Suites, Al Taif, Intersection Al Jaish road with Shubrah Street. Located in the middle of city center, with walking distance to many restaurants, malls and shops. The hotel in general is clean but need some maintenance and attention. It is a 7 floor hotel with many rooms options, usually we stay in 2 bedrooms apartment. Apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and two bedroom, in addition to a large living room and dining table. It has all amenities and facilities you need inside the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful , but it2nit easy to get attention from a staff or find one, even in front desk sometimes there no staff, especially in early morning. Our room had some minor issues with steam iron it had burnt stains and microwave plug was not maintained and dangerous to use. Parking available outside the hotel and underground in 2 levels, but it limited and very narrow. We got a room with nice view. Will visit again soon when in Taif. Hopefully they do some maintenance works and open the gym and pool.

A better property highly mismanaged Location is good, building is good, furniture is good Staff not cooperative at all, to get towels (that should have been available in the room) I requested more than 5times. Very complicated wifi system, different networks with very strange names and different passwords for different areas of the hotel. You have to figure out by guessing. Mismanagement, I checkedout at around 6am so no one was available at the front desk, the person on information desk checked me out.
