The Internet is bad
and the cards don't work we had to change them
Hygiene Is definitely not the best
Pool is only for children
TV remote doesn't work properly

Location is great at the city center close to big shopping mall & all facilities. Rooms are big in fact too big suitable for families . WiFi is almost not working so not recommended for business trips where internet is necessary. Need to work on refreshing the furniture & staff at the reception must be trained on how to communicate. They are not rude but they lack the basic hospitality skills.
