The only plus point is the location. Someone needs to tell Rotana that this establishment is using their name. Pathetically bad and literally a nightmare when it comes to cleanliness.

Very bad hotel, not at all satisfied basic things are not working properly, wifi connection is dumb same as room service very bad experience ? don't book this hotel at any cost

This hotel is near from madina but the rooms amd bathrooms were very dirty there is urine smell in the bath room and from every room its coming the furniture is very old but cleanliness is nil and there is smell in the room I recommend that don't take this hotel for families u can get a hotel in 500 and 600 riyals
But don't buy this hotel in even 80riyal from out side the hotel is very clean and looks good but the rooms are very bad specially washroom so plz don't buy this hotel.
