A very good hotel and also rooms are excellent.
Had some very Good experience every morning at the breakfast counter... All the people are people are very friendly.
M.Ayaz, is a very professional and go to person.

Great place. Great service. I stayed here last year, really liked it so I decided to stay here again this year. I’ve been here for about 2 weeks, great service and staff. I plan on staying another 2 weeks, however I’m really upset with management, specifically Mariam who I was told to speak to about getting a better weekly rate since my stay is so long. She told me twice she will get back to me and it’s been several days and I’ve heard nothing from her. This is not how you treat your guests.

A positive check-in experience can set the tone for an enjoyable stay, and Ms. Ruqayah appears to have done an excellent job in this regard. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of the check-in process likely made the experience more comfortable and hassle-free for the guest. It's always nice to encounter staff members who are hospitable and efficient, and Ms. Ruqayah seems to fit that description.

Trust every word i am writing. Its the best hotel to stay in Dammam. Do not waist your time by searching. Its new clean, Apartments not room, large, you actually feel home.
