Not a bad hotel. Nearby Makkah Bus stations, which provides crucial access to and from many vital places in Makkah. Reception and staff are not as terrible as other reviews claim. Wi-Fi is fair for the price. Parking is fair.

Zero help from the reception desk. After booking online and getting approved for an early check in, the staff refused to give it early. Receptionist is very impolite, and takes his own time to do things for guests. Lobby is very warm, no air conditioning, lots of flies, underground parking us very small and compact.The room does not have tissues, no cloth towel, cupboard is broken, beds are hard and difficult to sleep on. Overall it was a very very poor experience with the management and rating of this hotel.

The room is good. The bathroom is small but Ok. The location takes 15 mins uphill to Masjid Al Haram and requires 5 mins and 10 sar by taxi.
The receptionist only speaks arabic.

Rawabi Emirates is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It's a 10 min walk from Masjid Al Haram. Decent location and really cooperative and helpful staff. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat screen Tv’s and mini fridges as well as tea and coffee makers. Other amenities include male-female mosques.
