Amazing service.. very nice location. The lounge is beautifully located on the rooftop with great views of the area around. The service is impeccable and they have a nice menus. The team is lovely Angi, Toni and Raol were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back

Amazing experience!
The hotel is unmatched , spacious , beautiful, comfortable, very impressive.
Staff very friendly and make sure we had everything we need and more.
They always add a special touch.
The buffet and selections are absolutely amazing. I never saw so much variety , across all meals ! Everything was presented in a divine way. Stellar job to the chefs and kitchen team! The displays are tremendous and very very creative.
We went at New Years Eve and the celebrations were very welcome. There’s definitely things that please everyone.
The outdoor and indoor pools are heated which was great as we got to make use of the facilities!
Highly recommend this hotel. Our family will definitely be staying here again.

"I recently visited lune restaurant and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to an employee named Kim. His remarkable customer service skills genuinely stood out. Kim was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services but also exuded a level of kindness and professionalism that made my visit memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with my experience. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and pleasant in their role. I hope the management recognizes Kim's outstanding contribution to customer satisfaction. Amazing buffet, if you haven't been there,gi there asap. Thursday is seafood buffet .knock yourself out,unwind. Daisy was especially a gracious hostess. Look out for these lovely people.

Its my pleasure to write about this hotel as its my 1st time in Riyadh as I must say it’s beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Service is absolutely wonderful. They have lovely restaurant where you can have your breakfast lunch and buffet dinner. Food quality is very up to standard. It would be great if they have Asian or Indian food option. Daisy one of the staff member who works in the restaurant is very kind lovely person who provides excellent service to the guest. I would recommend people to come and enjoy the stay.
