we book the hotel 3 rooms on 18.11.23 and paid ₹23706.but due to a medical issue(an accident ) we cant travel and this was intimated earlier(4 days) with medical report and x-ray before check in date. and ask to modify the bookig date to 10.12.23.but hotel authority denied our request.in their booking policy if any medical issue or death or natural calamities cancellation or modifications is allowed but the hotel authority denied out request this is our first experience in our 20 years journey.it make very bad impression and not recommended for others

The best hotel in Saudi Arabia I have stayed in different hotels but Radisson is the best but I have a request to increase the water in the room not limited to 2 bottle per day only I would like to Thank the Restaurant supervisor Mr. Nesar and chef Raju and his team for the Nice and lovely food service provided everyday...and lastly the reception team are very polite and very friendly specially Mr Hassan ,prem , Jitendra

Services of the hotels are quiete good and room service people very active and quiete helpful. Mr. Hyder performs his responsibilty very sensible here and doing all his best to reslove any conerns of the guests. Good Experience of staying here

Room was very smelly, not ventilated for ages. No help with the bags, had to push the trolley myself. No shower slippers, had to wait 1½ hrs for it after 3 phone calls. Buffet is not bad. Otherwise NOT recommended for there smelly rooms.....house keeping is seriously below average standards!!!!

Well designed rooms, RBG Restaurant is the best selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All services are excellent. All staff are very accommodating, helpful and polite specially Jeetendra at the reception desk is very professional staff and cleaning boys are also very good. The overall experience was great. Recommended for everyone.
