Stayed here on numerous occasions last year this my first trip back this year.
Check in and out process the slowest of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Fridge in the room doesn’t work shower leaks water everywhere and carpet in the room in desperate need of a clean and not just a quick hoover.
The only positive being the staff are very polite and friendly

Nice breakfast spread, good room service menu options. A little pricey tho. Also, scammed us on the room and space available. The room was different to what we paid for, much less space. Location is far from city and not many restaurants available nearby. Overall not the Radisson experience we'd hoped for.
