Management and house keeping is very good..Hotel is luxurious..All staff are good.Room is very nice.

A delightful hotel option for those seeking to stay away from the hustle of Dammam city. the efficient service boy, provides excellent room service. Some Guys at the Restaurant are not guest friendly...Always

Really happy with Laundry service . Great service.Really friendly and helpful Mr.(Apu) like our regular guy Apu Always cheerful. My main use is towels and bedding but also good for extra laundry especially at this time of year. Efficient service. Very reliable. Would highly recommend.

I went to Dammam on a business trip and the hotel is very modern and comfortable.
The rooms are always tidy and spacious. The service was positive, but take in consideration that if you require room service next to praying hours, it can take longer time.
The location is in an isolated zone, creating some challenges when calling an Uber (especially in the evening).
For an industrial zone hotel, it is top. An example of infrastructures to many hotels worldwide.

Laundry service is excellent! Mr. Apu is friendly and helpful, very professional. The service is great. I got my laundry back within 3 hours. It's so soft and clean and folded so beautifully. The service provides a clean, cloth bag with fresh, clean clothes. I will definitely come here again! Room service is also very good. clean clean! Housekeeping service is very good I am very happy with their service!
