Room is very small but the location is good, very accessible to malls and restaurant...Quite expensive for a regular room...

It's really a good hotel I stayed once and it was my best experience if I will visit Dammam again It will be my first choice
Mostly all Redisson hotel are very good with excellent service I highly recommend

Limited gym access due to sharing with female at certain times. So for international travelers of different time zones, plan your schedule, it's 2-3 hours one after another.
Staffs are very nice.
The hotel is across mall of dharan but may take you 20 mins to walk.
Price is reasonable for my room. It's compact. depending on which room, either you get an outside view or a view across another building/rooms.

Unfortunately the cleanliness and reception service is below expectations. The bad surprise was the suhoor buffet in Ramadan which was really disappointing as no choices for main course (only white rice and chicken cubes). I am hesitant to come back or recommend it to anyone.
