Private villa with swimming pool in a farm

Well managed clean villa. Best place for family picnic. Staff also very good.

Its very very very bad villa ever I tried. And if u wants to enjoy ur trip to alibaug, I really recommend not to select it, as there are many restrictions like - 3 pm ke Pehle aur 10 baje ke Baad pool use nahi karna hai, they put chlorine in the pool every 1 hour. And because of it u can not enjoy the trip. BAHUT HI BAKWAAS AUR VAHIYAAT!!??

We have went to this place last weekend. This place is really nice. Located near beautiful "Sasawane Beach". The beach is on 10 mins walkable distance. The caretaker "Patil" is such a good person. The food he cooked for us was so delicious. Only one issue i noticed was with the WATER TAP. All bathroom WATER TAP was leaking. it causes so much water loss. Apart from this Villa was really nice ?

Stayed here for the holi weekend with cousins. Exterior - Good lawn and very well maintained swimming pool - this definitely helped us from a ruined holiday Interior - Very spacious living room - but no AC and no ceiling fans - Only 3 floor mounted fans ... However due to high ceilings it is not very hot inside They have a nice party speaker and carrom in the living room (Pool table can be used on extra charge basis) Bedroom - 4 big bedrooms - 2 on ground and 2 on first floor , each with 2 double beds. One of ground floor AC does not work / does not cool and the second ground floor AC is like 15 year old. Both first floor AC are in good condition. Beds of both ground floor rooms are metal beds and keep shaking Bathrooms - big , but flooring is uneven leading to water accumulation Food - there is no kitchen onsite. The incharge Mr. Ravi is the caterer and he gets ready food 4 times a day. Foid taste is good, but can be improved The staff of 3 who take care of the guest needs are good people - they serve you well .. Please tip them well Road to the property - Google takes you on the dirt road for last 500 meter - so make sure to call beforehand and understand the way. But , The alternative road is also equally bad
