The room has unpleasant smell, no outlet for our chargers beside the bed, u need to go to the bathroom to charge your phone, I don't know with the other rooms but in our case it's bad.

Well the room is ok but the bed wasn't, the time when checked in I encountered the pillow covers dirty and said to replace them, I mean I had a long day of driving and was tired after performing umra and wanted to rest but had to wait for the pillow change for 30 mins .... Also they called me early in the morning for completing the payment process ... They could have waited until I went down , staffs is friendly but the reception guy was the worst.. it took 20 mins for him to say please sit down I will be back

I went there to complete Muqeem application since the hotel name was not available in Muqeem app. The staff at reception was very unwelcoming and non responsive. They were not ready to listen to the problem and started shouting at us. It was very unexpected to see very ill behaved people sitting around the reception. The management should take notice and teach some etiquettes and ethics to its employees. Highly disappointing. Readers looking for kind receptions are recommended to avoid the facility as much as possible.
