I book one apartment for 12 days, I paid. Arrived at the location, their is no hotel, try to call, no answer. YOY is a thief and it is inacceptable for me not be able to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS APP. my booking reference;LJCL2283.

Booked a room at this hotel, when I arrived to the marked location, the hotel is nowhere to be found, no check-in instructions were given to me and no detailed address was provided. Called the hotel multiple times with no answer, walked around for 30 minutes in the heat and couldn’t find any buildings that matches with the pictures. I had to contact my travel agency to book a new hotel. This is unacceptable.
